Truman Medical Center Behavioral Health Clinic
Truman Medical Center decided to relocate their behavioral health clinics from the hospital to a building in downtown Kansas City that had been originally constructed in the early 1900’s and was used as a Wells Fargo transfer station for horse drawn wagons. Extensive renovations made the space usable for family, child and adult psychiatric patients. It’s also used to provide rehabilitation services to the Greater Kansas City and most of Western Missouri areas. The center houses psychiatric office space within an open office area. Training areas and group study space were also included.
